About me

I was born in 1982 in Gniezno.

In 2002 I graduated from the Electronic Technical School in Września.

In 2007 I completed master’s studies at the Poznań University of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in Telecommunication Systems.

In 2017 I completed postgraduate studies at the Poznań University of Technology in Software Engineering.

Beginnings

I published my first website, written entirely on my own using HTML and CSS, in 1998. My first website written in PHP was created in the summer of 2000.

Aplisys

I have been professionally creating websites and applications in PHP since 2006, when I started working with Exanet, and in 2007 I founded Aplisys, continuing my cooperation with Exanet. Since then, individually or with the Exanet team, I have created dozens of websites and online stores based on Exanet’s proprietary CMS and e-commerce system, as well as Open Source platforms.

Developing my passion and professional work, I did not stop at websites. Specializing in PHP and web technologies, I have carried out and continue to develop a number of business application projects based on the Symfony framework, MySQL database, and other PHP libraries and related technologies.

I deal with both data structures, business logic, and the presentation layer. This requires developing and in-depth knowledge of technologies such as SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and a range of specialized libraries and tools: Symfony, Twig, Smarty, MySQL, jQuery, Prototype JS.

The diversity of the projects I have worked on brought skills such as knowledge of C# .NET, Java, Ruby, and Python languages, and MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

DevOps

Since 2019, in addition to programming, I have been professionally involved in DevOps. I provide consultations and implement DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Cloudflare.

At the same time, I am developing my skills in managing, designing, and deploying solutions based on cloud computing from the largest providers: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure.

I also continue to program and develop applications based on PHP and the Symfony framework, as well as in other programming languages.

Personal life

In private, I am interested in digital electronics, microcontrollers, and the Internet of Things. I read science-fiction books. In my free time I devote myself to sport climbing and mountain hiking.
